Therefore, to maintain the traits of excellent Vernicia plant varieties, Lifeasible has established a rapid propagation system of Vernicia plant tissue culture, which can obtain a large number of high-quality seedlings with uniform traits through large-scale and stable output. At the same time, we have established an ex vivo regeneration system for Vernicia plants, which can be used to further breed excellent varieties of Vernicia plants.

In Vernicia plant tissue culture, we may use the terminal buds, stem segments, seed embryos, and leaves and petioles of Vernicia plants to induce healing tissues and adventitious shoots, which are cultured for elongation and rooting to obtain complete plants, which are then transplanted into viable seedlings.
Plant hormones (plant growth conditioners) are indispensable for the induction of explants. We will add plant hormones suitable for Vernicia plant culture, such as 6-BA, IBA, GA3, NAA, etc., to MS or 1/2 MS basic medium.
