Broussonetia Plant Tissue Culture

Broussonetia Plant Tissue Culture

Broussonetia Plant Tissue CultureFlowers, leaves, and fruits of Broussonetia plants
This is a neglected plant with high economic value, and the
Broussonetia plant obtained through the tissue culture
technique we offer can be used in a wide range of
pharmaceutical and production applications.

The genus Broussonetia belongs to the Moraceae family, which has five species worldwide and is distributed in eastern Asia and the Pacific islands. Broussonetia plants are deciduous trees or shrubs or trailing vine shrubs with milky sap. They flower in spring and are unisexual, monoecious, or dioecious.

Broussonetia plants have a wide range of economic and medicinal uses. The mature fruit is a common traditional herb that is used to tonic the kidneys, clear the liver, and brighten diuresis for relieving symptoms such as soreness of the back and knees, dizziness, and dizziness. Recent studies have also shown that the fruit of the Broussonetia plant has an improved effect on memory and can be used to treat Alzheimer's disease, and some species of this genus can also be used as a high-grade fiber material.

Tissue culture service

Broussonetia plants are propagated by sowing seedlings, root-tiller propagation, cuttings, and buried strips, but these methods bring problems such as long cultivation time and unstable traits that cannot be avoided. Therefore, Lifeasible obtains tissue culture seedlings of Broussonetia plants by tissue culture technology, which has stable genetic properties, can maintain the excellent traits of the parent and can be bred in large quantities. Therefore, we can rapidly produce Broussonetia plant seedlings with uniform traits in large quantities.

Broussonetia Plant Tissue Culture

We use leaves, petioles, shoots (terminal and lateral buds), and stem segments as explants to obtain regenerated plants through pre-treatment, induction of healing tissues and shoots, succession and expansion, and rooting and strengthening stages, which can effectively meet the needs of large-scale propagation and commercial production of excellent varieties.

Plant growth regulators can promote cell division, differentiation, and elongation or promote plant nutrient growth and reproductive organ development. We use a combination of BA and NAA for induction of axillary buds in Broussonetia tissue culture, a combination of 6-BA and NAA for shoot proliferation culture, and mainly NAA for rooting culture. Appropriate use of growth regulator species concentrations can promote proliferation production of Broussonetia tissue culture seedlings and avoid abnormalities.
