Aponogeton madagascariensis "West Coast"

Catalog Number
AP-1048
Description
This decorative form of the Madagascar Laceplant is traded as "Aponogeton fenestralis West Coast", so it originates from the west coast area of Madagascar. It resembles much the "fenestralis" form but differs by more elongate leaves and a somewhat coarser lattice structure. The forms of Aponogeton madagascariensis originate from cool, fast flowing, permanent rivers in Madagaskar. They prefer cooler water below 25℃, good water movement, CO2 supply and nutrient-rich bottom. Medium lighting is sufficient. Aponogeton madagascariensis is normally delivered as a bulb without leaves that will sprout in the aquarium. Please note that the bulb that you will receive may be still leafless.
